Are there replacement lids that stay closed?
Hello Flint4, thank you very much for your question. We place great importance on the quality of our products. The issue you described may be caused by a thermal effect during production. The supplier removes the lids directly from the injection mold while they are still warm. In rare cases, the lids warp slightly during this process, which can prevent them from closing properly. The production records show no abnormalities, and the supplier assumes that this is an isolated occurrence that cannot be completely avoided despite careful inspections. Nevertheless, we remain in close contact with the supplier. Together, we are working to resolve the causes of the problem. Unfortunately ,we do not have any replacement lids. In the reviews, many people complain, which raises the question of why only the end customer notices this. If it’s not due to the quality of the injection molding, then it’s poor design. I miss the quality of the past and now transfer the spice into old jars because I don’t want to leave it exposed.
