Our machine operators constantly check and, if necessary, correct the sealing temperature/pressure. These parameters have an influence on the sealing, i.e. if it is too high, this can lead to the lid tearing. If it is too low, the quality of the product may be impaired during its shelf life. We have again drawn your feedback to the attention of the relevant departments. We have also taken on board your comment regarding incorrect information in the nutritional table and will correct this. The declaration on the cup is not correct. Why is Blanc battu not available in smaller stores - e.g. Zurich Schaffhauserplatz? The same applies to the coffee drink in 2.5 dl tetrapacks.
Hello dorit, this product is only available regionally. This means that the stores can decide for themselves whether they want to stock the product or not. Please also put the list of ingredients online. That way you don't know whether there is extra sugar in it or whether the sugar is from the milk.
