The evaluation is based on the piece that arrived in my house in May 2025; I do not exclude that, given the type of product, there are differences in quality. My entrecĂ´te was bad, without a bit of fat to make it flavorful, and had an iron or metallic taste, so much so that it looked like a piece of liver.
