Hello kaiserpingu, the emulsifier E 472e in the M-Classic Baguettini (1119.004) is of vegetable origin. The product is vegan according to the recipe. However, it is not vegi-certified and is therefore not labeled accordingly. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
