Had a weight of just 105 gr for the 3rd time now. Should not be and I ask you to check this. I shop in 9500 Wil SG.

Hello indios, we are sorry that the weight was incorrect. For further clarification with the supplier, we need the lot number of the package in question. This contains letters and numbers. Please let us know this. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Unfortunately, I no longer have them.

Hello indios, thank you for your feedback. In order to process your request with the production management and analyze the cause, we need more detailed information about the product such as the lot number and also the M-Data (date of sale and/or use). Without this information, we are unfortunately unable to locate any faults. As this information is no longer available, it is difficult for us to provide a detailed answer. Nevertheless, we have informed the responsible marketing department of your findings. We would ask you to contact the customer service department of the Wil store where you made the purchase directly with your concerns. You can describe the incident there (if possible with your receipt), as it is the sole responsibility of the branch to arrange a refund of the purchase amount. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

My questions to you: - Why does Migros not offer trout fillets from Switzerland? - Does Migros regularly check this farmed fish for ethoxyquin and other toxic residues? Ethoxyquin and other toxins have been found in excessive quantities in farmed salmon from Norway, Sweden, Denmark and other countries around the North and Baltic Seas. These toxins originate from the feed that is generally used in conventional fish farming in the EU. So the EU directives are far too lax because of lobbying by the super-rich owners of the fish farms. Hi Krasa Most of the fresh trout in Migros comes from Switzerland. There are also smokehouses in Switzerland, but these tend to be small factories, especially for trout. As we purchase large quantities of smoked trout, we need a continuous supply of quantity and consistent quality. Migros has also set itself the goal of offering customers the best price-performance ratio, which is why we have chosen the supplier in Denmark. Our products are regularly tested for various chemical and microbiological parameters, including ethoxyquin. Our trout are also ASC certified and must therefore comply with a large number of environmental and social criteria: - Ecological diversity: ASC farms must develop and implement an environmental impact assessment to protect birds, marine mammals and sensitive habitats - Feed: The proportion of wild fish in the feed is limited to strict limits. ASC trout in Denmark and ASC salmon in Norway are fed with GMO-free feed. - Pollution: ASC farms must regularly measure various water values and remain within specified limits. - Diseases: ASC farms must implement a number of activities to minimize disease outbreaks. For example, a fish health plan must be drawn up with a veterinarian. The use of medication is only permitted as a last resort and only if prescribed by the vet. Independent inspection bodies carry out regular audits at the farms to check compliance with the requirements. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
