But WHY a plastic tag attached to the gill? Otherwise, really tasty fish and delicate flesh.
The ASC label applied to the fish, leaves plastic residue in the fish when it is removed. On the other hand, the quality is very good. I hope you remove the label in the fish as soon as possible.
