I have a question about the M-Classic ASC prawns and it's about the fact that I have to criticize them but not because of the quality but because I had bought 3 packs so far and since I weigh everything for diet reasons I had to realize that 50gr are missing instead of the 200gr there are only 150gr but you have to pay the full amount and I just don't think that's right. of course i like them very much but i'm already thinking about stopping buying them because it's just too expensive and you get cheated so much. of course there are weight differences like drained weight ect but nobody can tell me that the little water that is in the pack and it's really not much water makes up such a difference of 50gr that would be a real lie. I told myself that it's fine that there are deviations ok that's fine for me but the deviation is just too extreme for me and because I thought I was exaggerating I asked a few of my friends and they all say that it's a mess and there's definitely too much missing in the pack. so I wanted to ask if you could do something about it or if I should stop buying. in principle there would be 2 possibilities. either have the weight corrected or adjust the price because the price of 9.- is simply not ok. at first i thought it was only with one pack but i have bought 3 this month and it was the same with all of them and i think it will be the same with the ones i still have in the fridge best regards Manuela Roemer
Hello ghostvampira, thank you for your question. We are sorry that the weight of the prawns is causing displeasure. We carry out regular weight checks in our production process. After this phase, we subject the products to heat treatment to kill any microorganisms. When exposed to heat, the prawns lose their own juice. This juice is also considered to be the net weight. Hello M-Infoline Wow ok. Now I'm really wondering why people always weigh the contents when it's the whole pack. Nobody has ever told me that I should eat the packet. Well, that's how it just sounded to me. Now I know that in future I will have to eat the packet for the price. If I put the whole pack on it, it's 237g and without only 150g. that's a really heavy pack, wow. I'll really have to nibble on it. 87gr for such a small pack is really crazy because there isn't even a box around it. now I know that the next time I eat chips I won't forget to eat the pack because the information on the pack is always for the whole thing and not just the contents and as money is tight these days it's good to know that you have to eat the pack as well. greetings ghostvampira
