Good day. I am interested in this product and would like some information about it. Does the product contain animal ingredients? If so, which animal do they come from and is there any contact with animal ingredients during the production process? Does the product contain E-numbers? Does the product contain alcohol or alcoholic derivatives or is alcohol used in the production process? I would appreciate an answer. VD
Hello elmalibey, thank you for your interest. The M-Classic apple juice does not contain any animal ingredients as we do not clarify it with gelatine. It is vegan and consists of 100% pome fruit juice from concentrates, without additives. E-numbers are listed with the ingredients, if present. Alcohol is not added, but a small amount may be produced due to the natural fermentation process. For comparison: a ripe banana contains around 0.6% alcohol by volume. Products with at least 0.5% alcohol by volume are considered to contain alcohol, anything less is considered alcohol-free. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Has the recipe been changed? The apple juice is now much lighter in color and not as aromatic as before. Thank you
Hello corb590, thank you for your question. Please give us the best-before date and the production number of your bottle next to it. Then we can look into your question in more detail. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hi corb590, thank you very much for your help. We discussed your experience with the responsible department. We learned that no changes were made to the recipe. The differences in color and taste you noticed are due to the following factors:
Natural products such as apple juice concentrates can vary depending on the season and harvest. These seasonal differences can affect the color and taste of the final product.
We also use fresh apple juice concentrate from the latest harvest. Each harvest may have slightly different characteristics, which can also lead to the observed differences. Unfortunately, natural occurrences are difficult to prevent. Naturally, we keep an eye on this issue. After all, our aim is to offer our valued customers flawless goods. We hope you will give our apple juice another chance. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

In the latest pack, you can taste the pears much more than the apples. The recipe was probably changed to save money. That was the last pack we bought, none of us like the taste of the juice any more.
Hello LivEst, thank you for letting us know. We would like to investigate this change in taste in detail. Please provide us with the best-before date and the lot number (starting with L) of your pack. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello LivEst, thank you very much for the data. We really appreciate your help! Our investigations are still ongoing. We will get back to you as soon as we receive a response from the specialist department and ask for your patience. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello LivEst, thank you for your patience. As promised, we will get back to you with news from the specialist department. We are happy to confirm that there has been no change to the recipe. The requirement for apple juice is that it must consist of at least 90% apple juice and may contain a maximum of 10% pear juice. When examining the production documents, we did not discover any deviations in this respect. The tasting of the samples from the production series you purchased was also flawless. In view of these findings, we suspect that the pronounced pear flavor is due to slight variations in the quality of the raw materials, as can occur with natural products. Based on your information, we are continuing to monitor the issue closely. We will make adjustments if necessary. We hope that these lines will alleviate your concerns and that you will give our apple juice another chance to convince you of the usual taste experience. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I would be very interested to know where the concentrate for this juice comes from. From Switzerland or from abroad?
Probably from Switzerland, otherwise there wouldn't be a Swiss cross on it. The Swissness rules are pretty strict when it comes to food.
Dear DonPascual, apparently you have no idea how many tricks are used in food law that are "completely legal". I could imagine, for example, that it is enough to dilute it with Swiss water to be able to print the Swiss cross on it (this is my guess). I will wait for the answer from Migros, which is unfortunately still pending.
Hello Tapio, thank you for your patience. We have just received feedback from the specialist agency: Origin of the raw material (apple juice from concentrate, pear juice from concentrate): Switzerland. Production of the apple juice: Bischofszell Nahrungsmittel AG / Fresh Fruit & Beverage Group: Switzerland. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team

Does this product contain alcohol of any kind? Ethanol or in the carrier substances? Is it completely alcohol-free?
Hello Acalyanur, according to our food law department, apple juice will always contain a small amount of alcohol due to the fermentation process from pressing and pasteurization. It may contain a maximum of +/- 0.5 %. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

I am not satisfied with this answer! Where the fruit comes from is only part of the answer, I would like to know where it is pressed, processed and concentrated. Simply, whether it is a Swiss or rather a European product. Thank you for more detailed information, Tapio
Hello Tapio, please excuse the misunderstanding. This juice is a 100% Swiss product made from Swiss fruit, which was pressed and bottled in Switzerland. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
