What is the proportion of apple vs pear juice? This does not seem to be stated on the packaging compared to other products.

Hello NotVATRegistered, this is 90 % apple juice and 10 % pear juice. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why have the GOLD juices been taken out of the range? The new products are all more watery and have less flavor I now buy my juices from another supplier.

Hello Murten2, thank you for your question. The demand for Gold fruit juices has been steadily decreasing. As we only have limited shelf space, we regularly review our range and make appropriate decisions. We now offer three Gold fruit juices with identical recipes under M-Classic - pineapple juice, pink grapefruit juice and grape juice. We no longer offer Gold Orange Juice with the same recipe. We have replaced it with M-Classic orange juice, which no longer contains any pulp. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello everyone, there is an increase in products that previously had no vegan logo now suddenly have and sorry I am not vegan and why is that?

Hello Zinije, thank you for your inquiry. Certain clear apple juices are clarified with gelatine, which is of animal origin. This was also the case with M-Classic apple juice some time ago. This gelatine is no longer contained in the end product, but people who follow a vegan diet still avoid such products. M-Classic apple juice has not used gelatine for clarification for some time now and is therefore vegan. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is M-classic apple juice vegan filtered through animal gelatine?

Hello zey No, M-Classic apple juice is not clarified with gelatine. Instead of gelatine, the cloudy substances are removed mechanically. All M-Classic apple juices have been clarified without gelatine and are labeled with the V-Label "vegan" of the European Vegetarian Union (EVU). The V-Label "vegan" guarantees that all ingredients and also all additives (E-numbers) and processing aids used are vegan. Kind regards, your M-Infoline Team

Why does this apple juice suddenly have a vegan logo after there was a vegan apple juice from the same brand? Why are the two apple juices not the same price if they are both "vegan"?

The prices have been adjusted: Both now cost the same (1.20/l) and the extra vegan one will probably only be sold off, as the "normal" one is now also vegan.

Edited

Hello SweetWolke, please excuse the late reply. In future, we will only have the vegan version in our range. The price has also been adjusted in the meantime. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello,
can you specify which animal the gelatine mentioned below comes from?

I read somewhere that fish gelatine is used in fining processes. Which products would this apply to?

Thank you and regards

Hello Strizzelmania
Bovine gelatine is used to clarify this apple juice.

this apple juice is now vegan and is therefore no longer made with bovine gelatine.

Hello Migipedia team
I can only agree with you about the new closure. You can't do it without making a mess... Either next to the jar or on the pack, which then gets really sticky...
I found the old closure a lot better, even if it wasn't completely resealable.
Greetings Daniela

Hello Daniela
Thank you for your open feedback on the new closure. It's a shame that it doesn't meet your expectations.
Because the closure on the 1-liter Brik packs of M-Classic apple juice was not resealable, it had been unsatisfactory for our customers for some time.
Once opened, the pack had to be stored upright or drunk straight away. We have been looking for an improvement to the closure for a long time.
The new closure can now be resealed and is one hundred percent leak-proof. Once opened for the first time, the pack can be stored horizontally in the fridge or conveniently transported in a rucksack or bag.
However, the juice should not splash or drip when filling or opening. To prevent the apple juice from splashing out, we recommend that you do not place the pack too steeply and allow the liquid to flow out slowly. This allows enough air to get into the opening and prevents a vacuum.
We hope for your understanding and send you our best regards from the M-Infoline team.

Hello
We have been drinking M-Classic apple juice for many years,
but someone has made a nasty joke with the new spout.
joke. When pouring, you have more next to the
glass than in it. Something like this should be properly tested before
it goes on sale.
We will certainly look around for another supplier.
Yours sincerely, Reto Bosshard

Hello Reto
Thank you for your frank feedback on our new spout. It's a shame that it doesn't meet your expectations.
The closure on the 1 liter Brik packs of Kult Ice Tea has been unsatisfactory for our customers for a long time, because it is not resealable. This meant that the pack either had to be drunk immediately after opening for the first time or else had to be stored upright. We have been looking for an improvement to the closure for a long time, but unfortunately such clarifications and subsequent implementation always take time.
We can assure you that optimizations are always checked several times in advance before an innovation is introduced. The new packaging on offer has performed very well in all tests. If we receive further feedback in this regard, we will review the closure again.
We hope for your understanding and wish you a pleasant day.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

I find the cap extremely impractical.

Maybe it was just me, but when I tried to pour the apple juice into the glass, it splashed all over the kitchen counter, the floor and my clothes. A lot of it also spilled over the counter when I was pouring it.

I hadn't had apple juice for ages and was really craving it. This one was very tasty, but the work afterwards is definitely too much for a glass of juice.

Dear Sir or Madam

According to information, a considerable proportion of the apple juice from concentrate sold by Migros is said to come from China.
As the origin of the reactants in the end products does not have to be proven, it is impossible for the consumer to find out where the ingredients actually come from. Can you confirm this fact; or can you provide a verifiable guarantee that Migros, as a tax-exempt cooperative company committed to sustainable production, does not process any Chinese ingredients (including flavours etc.)?

Thank you very much for your feedback

Kind regards

Hello guest
Thank you for your inquiry. We are unable to verify this information and cannot confirm it in any way.
We can assure you that the majority of our apple juices come from Switzerland. A few contain ingredients from Europe. Ingredients of Chinese origin are not added.
We hope this information will help you and wish you a pleasant spring afternoon.
Sunny greetings from the M-Infoline team
