I would be very interested to know where the concentrate for this juice comes from. From Switzerland or from abroad?

Probably from Switzerland, otherwise there wouldn't be a Swiss cross on it. The Swissness rules are pretty strict when it comes to food.

Dear DonPascual, apparently you have no idea how many tricks are used in food law that are "completely legal". I could imagine, for example, that it is enough to dilute it with Swiss water to be able to print the Swiss cross on it (this is my guess). I will wait for the answer from Migros, which is unfortunately still pending.

Hello Tapio, thank you for your patience. We have just received feedback from the specialist agency: Origin of the raw material (apple juice from concentrate, pear juice from concentrate): Switzerland. Production of the apple juice: Bischofszell Nahrungsmittel AG / Fresh Fruit & Beverage Group: Switzerland. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team

Does this product contain alcohol of any kind? Ethanol or in the carrier substances? Is it completely alcohol-free?

Hello Acalyanur, according to our food law department, apple juice will always contain a small amount of alcohol due to the fermentation process from pressing and pasteurization. It may contain a maximum of +/- 0.5 %. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

I am not satisfied with this answer! Where the fruit comes from is only part of the answer, I would like to know where it is pressed, processed and concentrated. Simply, whether it is a Swiss or rather a European product. Thank you for more detailed information, Tapio
