Somehow you made a mistake when calculating the calories. At 100 ml it's 44 calories, but at 250 ml it's only 88 calories??....
The information on the packaging is correct, but strangely the glass is not marked with 250ml as usual, but with 200ml? Is this a deliberate deception?
Dear guest
The information on the apple juice packaging is correct. The nutritional values per portion do not refer to a 250ml glass but to 200ml. For fruit juice in liter packaging, the portion size always refers to 1 glass of 200ml, whereas the portion size for soft drinks is set at 1 glass of 250ml.

To prevent such confusion, it is usual to always state the nutritional values per 100g/100ml. Take this reference value and calculate the values for your desired quantity yourself. This is the easiest way ;-)
Nutritional values per glass or per portion can be helpful, but are different everywhere. The 100ml specification makes life easier for you here
