Today I wanted to buy a 430g can of apple sauce in Männedorf - according to the Migros app, there were 11 cans in the store. On site there were zero pieces, only the small and large cans. The product is not even labeled on the rack, the staff told me they don't have the 430g in stock. How can something like this happen? 11 pieces is not so close to zero that it would be within the tolerance range!

The reason for this was a stock shortage in the store, which was caused by a delivery bottleneck. This stock was corrected immediately following your notification. Thank you very much for your reply and for rectifying the error. The sad thing is that I first approached a store employee and asked him to report the problem, which he refused to do. That's why I contacted Migros in this way. Obviously this has now helped, which I am very happy about!
