Why do the donated almonds always come from the USA? I would like to see donated almonds from countries that do not destroy land and bees with monocultures! How about BIO from Spain, for example?
Hello MIGROS-CHIND_2, thank you for your inquiry. Almonds are a natural product and the cultivation of organic almonds in Spain only covers part of the global demand. To date, we do not source blanched and donated organic almonds from Spain. We are happy to check the demand for such an organic product, but cannot promise you anything.
