Why do peeled almonds have more calories per 100g than unpeeled almonds?

Hello sweete, thank you for your question. The origin of the almonds changes within a year. This has to do with the harvest times in the countries of origin. In order to guarantee the availability and freshness of the desired nuts, we make sure when purchasing that we can procure goods from suppliers in both the northern and southern hemispheres. However, availability and world market prices are of course always important. For example, we source almonds from the USA, Australia and Spain.
