Hello, I tested this product and I was wondering about the origin of the product. Indeed, it is made in CH, but would it be possible to have information on the producer? I tried to search on M-Industries, but I can't find it. Most of your products specify "Made in..." and "Produced by", but not this one. Thank you very much for this additional information. Best regards.

Hi Szammy Many thanks for your interest in our Crisp Rice products. As a general rule, we do not disclose the names of our manufacturers. Only our own manufacturing companies are listed on the packaging. We're counting on your understanding. However, we can assure you that Crisp Rice comes from Italy. We remain at your disposal should you have any further questions, and wish you a pleasant day. Best regards. Your M-Infoline team

Before the aha changeover, they were really good. And then, as a habitual consumer, I unsuspectingly buy a "new" pack and promptly find a "different" product inside.

Dear Migros managers: Please change the packaging design completely, so that many others don't end up like me: hoping for the pleasure stored in my head and then thinking it's a production error when I take my first bite.

What a pity....

Unfortunately, I can only agree with this statement. Already wanted to return the pack as faulty; apparently a deliberate "production error". Does anyone know of a good alternative?

Dear guest
Thank you for your feedback.
The recipe for our Crisp Rice has recently been adapted. The product is now gluten-free and is marketed under the allergy label aha!
In fact, the product differs from the previous product in terms of shape and color (crisps are slightly flatter and darker). We are sorry that you no longer like the product.
We have informed the responsible department about your feedback.
Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

Unfortunately no longer the same recipe. They are much flatter and the crispy effect suffers greatly as a result. Why was the recipe changed?

Hi guest
Thank you very much for your comment and your honest opinion.
We are sorry that you no longer like our Crisp Rice. The recipe has recently been adjusted. The product is now gluten-free and is marketed under the allergy label aha! label.
In fact, the product differs from the previous product in terms of shape and color (crisps are slightly flatter and darker). This is due to technological reasons. However, we were unable to detect any deviations from the previous product in terms of the typical "crackling" in the milk. We consider the product to be crispy both with and without milk.
We hope you enjoy our Crisp Rice again and look forward to your next visit.

The flakes basically taste very good, but I stopped buying the product some time ago because one morning I discovered short black hairs in the packaging. Regards to the production department.

Dear guest
Thank you for your valuable feedback. We regret that you were unable to enjoy our M-Classic Crisp Rice and apologize for this.
We can assure you that strict hygiene regulations must be observed in our production. Did you keep the packaging of your flakes? Can you give us the M-date (sell by, use by) and the batch number? This is the only way we can check our retained samples and check the production logs.
Many thanks in advance and best regards from the M-Infoline team

is it really necessary to add malt to this puffed rice? Please think of the allergic population, deprived of such a good product, because, taste-wise, nothing to say, it's very good.

Hello and welcome to Migipedia
We add malt because it adds flavor and color to the product.
On the other hand, most of the cereals we produce on our site contain gluten. Even if this recipe did not contain malt, we could not guarantee that it would be completely gluten-free.
We wish you a good day.
