The nutritional packaging on the box on the shelf doesn't match the one on the app. Which packaging should I use?
Hello Dydy89, thank you for your question. In principle, the indications on the packaging are valid - but these must of course correspond to what is mentioned online. Due to raw material shortages concerning corn, other suppliers and origins have to be used regularly, which can result in varying nutritional values. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Forced to buy several cans! Why only... at a time when packaging material is to be saved and Migros is also coquetting with it!!! Why can I only buy the small cans in packs of 3? If I want 3, I can easily buy 3 small cans - loose! But if I only want 1, I have to store 2 surplus cans at home. In the worst case scenario, they get forgotten and are even thrown away unopened by people who only look at the expiration date. Why does Migros go to the unnecessary trouble of packing these cans in cardboard? The annoyance doesn't just affect the corn, 140g sliced pineapple is now also bundled in groups of 3 and so is the tuna. I can't understand this.
Hello Dallafse, thank you for the question. We can well understand your reasoning! The trio pack is very suitable for stocking at home and simplifying transportation. It also makes it easier for store staff to handle the product. The Trio packaging is in line with the general trend of offering small cans in multiple packs. Thanks to the long shelf life, the cans can be stored for long periods without any problems. All the components used are recyclable. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
If I buy 3, I'll probably use one can immediately, so the carton will end up in the bin just as quickly. So Migros is simply too convenient to seriously strive for change. Better handling = saving time and money, right? Great promise to reduce packaging by 20 someday if you can hide behind excuses! I am disappointed.

Hello It says on the packaging that the product is sterilized. So if I make a mistake when opening the can, do I not need to treat the wound any further? Because it is sterile. The further packaging text says that you should not store the corn in the opened can, from experience I have to agree, it quickly becomes moldy, but why actually? The product is sterile. So why can it still go moldy?
Hello Tramal, as soon as the can is opened, the contents are no longer sterile. There are two reasons why you should pour over leftovers: firstly, open cans are not sealed airtight, so the leftovers in them spoil more quickly. Secondly, the opened can can react with the leftover food. Especially with acidic contents, such as tomatoes or sour fruit, the taste and quality can be negatively affected by storage in an open can. Why does it say here in the ingredients with sugar, but in the ingredients of my purchased ones it says that it has no added sugar?
Hi Michi2000, thanks for your tip! The list of ingredients on Migipedia is out of date, the corn kernels no longer contain sugar. The declaration on Migipedia will be updated soon. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

why on earth are the tins not stackable...? :-(
I've asked myself the same thing. Absolutely idiotic.
Dear guest
Thank you for your feedback.
Whenever possible, we try to introduce tins that can also be stacked. Unfortunately, for technical reasons, the supplier is unable to supply the M-Classic corn kernels 3x140g.
We regret this and wish you an enjoyable weekend anyway. Your M-Infoline Team

The product information here says corn from Thailand. On the can it says corn from the USA (genetically modified corn sends its regards...). Don't we have corn here in Switzerland or Europe? Would it be 20 centimes more expensive per tin? And why does sweet corn have to have sugar in it? In future I will buy organic maize, which is from Hungary and has no sugar in it.
Dear pacast
Thank you very much for your valuable feedback.
We currently source our M-Classic corn from the USA, France and Hungary. These locations change depending on the quality of the maize. The reason for sourcing from abroad is that we cannot meet the demand for the quantity of corn that is sold daily with domestic production.
Sugar is added because it has been shown that consumers want this and do not accept unsweetened maize. However, we also offer unsweetened corn (art. no. 1539.290) - so that every taste preference is covered.
We hope this has been helpful and wish you a wonderful autumn - Your M-Infoline Team
