Our supplier has examined and tasted various samples. These correspond to the quality we require.
The specialist agency also tasted M-Classic Spinach Chüechli and could not detect any deviation. The fishy smell you described was not detected. The product is flawless.
However, it is possible that the combination of spinach, ricotta and egg gives off a slight fishy aroma.

Unfortunately, I'm a little disappointed with the Küchli... They just taste like fish... which shouldn't be the case... Also smells like "fischelets".... Too bad, too bad
