Are these croquettes gluten-free?
Hello Fuchur23, M-Classic Delicious Rösti Croquettes do not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, nor should any carry-over be expected. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats, etc.). In addition, ingredients containing gluten must be highlighted in the list of ingredients, for example in bold print or with capital letters (examples: wheat starch, WHEAT flour).
Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" note ("may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten"). Best regards, your M-Infoline team

We have always been happy with these croquettes so far. Today, however, they tasted unpleasantly of chicken. Has something been changed in the recipe? Is this taste possible due to the chicken egg white powder or the spices used? unfortunately, this product was inedible for us.

Hello Tomwi, thank you for the information. Our quality assurance department has investigated the complaint and discussed it with our production managers. The inspection lots and line logs did not show any abnormalities. Each production run is checked at regular intervals by line personnel for sensory characteristics. No sensory deviations were found in the offending batch. As the proportion of egg white powder in the product is very low, it would not affect the product to such an extent that it could taste like poultry. We are not aware of any reports or experience from production in this regard. No recipe adjustments have been made to this product since 2020. As no further feedback has been received to date, we assume that this is a one-off quality deviation. We will contact you privately about this. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Can't they be made vegan please?
