The cakes do not rise properly. The edges are dark.
Follow the baking instructions, tastes like cheese to me, good Jowa product. I am satisfied.
Hello vonarxd, thank you very much for your message. Can you give us the lot number and the best before date? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Unfortunately, the box has already been disposed of.
Hello vonarxd, we assume you didn't take a photo of it either? It could be heat damage at best. This can change the taste and consistency. Unfortunately, we cannot make any further clarifications regarding the salt without a lot number. However, we have not yet received any further feedback. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Why are there always 2 pieces in the 6-pack and 4 pieces in the 12-pack that don't open properly? Hard top . No matter in which oven they are made.
Hello Manuduc, thank you for your question. So far we have not received any further feedback in this regard. If you let us know the best-before date (BBD) and the lot number next to it, we will be happy to clarify this for you. The lot number usually starts with an L or there is a mixture of numbers and letters. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

We often dispose of the cardboard box first before throwing the kitchen utensils in the freezer. Now I'm hungry and I don't have the baking instructions. Is it 180 or even 220 degrees and until they are black or just brown? Where can I find digital baking instructions like the ones on the back of the box of these delicious little cakes?
Hello DerDigitalisierer, thank you very much for your input. Projects are already underway to make additional information about products, such as baking instructions, available online in the future. The Chäs-Chüechli can be baked as follows: Top/bottom heat, center of oven, 200 °C, 30-35 minutes or convection, baking height as specified by the appliance manufacturer, 200 °C, 20 - 25 minutes. The Chüechli can always be placed in the cold oven. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Could it be that the Chüechli have become smaller with the latest redesign of the packaging? The number is the same, but the individual Chüechli look a lot smaller.
According to the product manager, the Chäs-Chüechli still weigh 70 g and we have not made any changes to the recipe. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros
In the 80s, you could buy not only spinach, mushroom and cheese chüechli but also very tasty apple chüechli. Why are they no longer available? Were they not sold enough? Please, please put them back in your range.
A good Migros customer

Do they have a new recipe?
Thank you for your Migipedia article.
Apart from the packaging design, nothing has been changed in the product. The recipe for the Chäs Chüechli is still the same.
