Very good dough, a little too little salt in it
Perfect pizza dough for large families, very neutral in taste
We were really looking forward to the homemade pizza. The dough was one of the best so far, we loved it.
But this time everything was different. It started with the fact that it was packaged differently, the box was missing. The dough was also smaller than it originally was. We then discovered that there were now only 700g in the pack and not 800g as before!!! As we always used to halve the dough because of its thickness and then pull it apart so that we could fill 2 trays, we wanted to do the same this time... strangely enough, the dough could hardly be stretched any further, it kept reverting to its original shape. The worst thing, however, was what we tasted after baking...the pizza didn't taste like pizza at all, in fact the consistency reminded us of an overly thick tarte flambée...the dough was dry and somehow split in the middle...
Too bad dear Migros...because obviously you have changed the recipe...but def. not improved...so we will certainly not buy the dough again...
Why always make everything worse?
The predecessor was worlds better - made Wienerli in batter today - could throw everything away Dough didn't rise, tastes funny in the nose. As if the oil / fat was rancid...
I definitely won't be buying any more. What a shame!
Unfortunately, the new recipe is no longer crispy and no longer tastes good, what a shame!

We were looking forward to a pizza today and were unfortunately very disappointed. The quality has deteriorated massively compared to before. The dough has also become "smaller". The price probably not ....
We loved this dough! The new version without the cardboard doesn't rise properly and is too small for the tray. Not so great anymore 😕 too bad!
