One sachet is therefore sufficient for a good 21 days. Please note that the manufacturer only specifies 25 g of powder as a portion size and that it is important to eat a varied and balanced diet. Hello Luludia, the sweetener sucralose is considered safe for normal use, food safety and regulatory authorities have repeatedly confirmed its safety and its use in sugar-reduced products is permitted. However, the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office recommends that foods containing sucralose should not be heated above 120°C or that sucralose should only be added after heating(link). This recommendation applies to both home and industrial food production. The reason for the recommendation is that harmful compounds can be formed at high temperatures. Migros is following the debate on the use of sweeteners closely.
