Can I ask, why is written on the front “no added sugar” but in the ingredients is written “sucralose”, which is an artificial additive?

How much powder do I need to cover 25g of protein per day? How many tablespoons would that be? Is 1 pack per month enough?
You can easily work that out. You have all the nutritional values on the back.
Hello DarkIT83, to consume 25g of protein, you need to consume approx. 35g of the powder. This corresponds to 2 heaped tablespoons (1 tablespoon is about 15g). One sachet is therefore sufficient for a good 21 days. Please note that the manufacturer only specifies 25 g of powder as a portion size and that it is important to eat a varied and balanced diet. Why does a fitness product contain sucralose when it has been proven that sucralose alters the microbiome and promotes diabetes? The protein drink would be much healthier without sucralose. Fitness-oriented people do not need this. Please reconsider the recipe and leave out sucralose or other types of sugar completely. Thank you very much.

Hello Luludia, the sweetener sucralose is considered safe for normal use, food safety and regulatory authorities have repeatedly confirmed its safety and its use in sugar-reduced products is permitted. However, the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office recommends that foods containing sucralose should not be heated above 120°C or that sucralose should only be added after heating(link). This recommendation applies to both home and industrial food production. The reason for the recommendation is that harmful compounds can be formed at high temperatures. Migros is following the debate on the use of sweeteners closely.
