How is it possible that a vegetable mix has only 23 kcal per 100 g, even though it consists of peas, carrots and cauliflower?
If you look at the average calorie values of the individual ingredients, this figure seems very low:
Peas: approx. 81 kcal / 100 g
Carrots: approx. 35 kcal / 100 g
Cauliflower: approx. 25 kcal / 100 g
HiSushiKröte, you're right, the nutritional values in the M-Budget vegetable mix are indeed too low! We have already initiated a correction. The nutritional values will be adjusted on the packaging at the next opportunity.

Why is this mix no longer available at Migros Stettbach station? I think it's a pity ☹️
