Hello, I have been buying tortellini for years. The only thing I've noticed recently is that the consistency is completely different to what it used to be. It is somehow mushy, slimy, strange in the mouth. I hope this will normalize again!
In another post it says: there was no change but because of several such feedbacks Migros is discussing it with the supplier...

Hello kiki, thank you for your feedback and the photo. We discussed the issue with our supplier. He noticed small cracks in the dough of the raw tortelloni. A technical inspection of the system revealed a deviation in the contact pressure of the forming tool. Five tortelloni are formed per contact pressure. The pressure was not quite right for one of the 5 tools, which can lead to small tears in the inner edge of the tortelloni. When the tortelloni are heated, water can enter and the taste can be watered down accordingly. In this case, the impression is actually created that the recipe has been changed. However, this has not happened. In the meantime, production has been moved to another line and the issue has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will contact you again privately. Why is the M Classic Tortellini no longer available? Unfortunately, we don't like the M Budget Tortellini Ricotta Spinach at all.

However, we have received an increasing number of similar comments and are now checking this with our supplier. Why are they no longer in "small format" - they tasted much better to us earlier! They were great for the kids! Unfortunately not even half as good in large format :(
