We've been eating them for years. However, the last pack had a lot of dark spots on the tortelloni. Is that from the spice? Have any changes been made to the preparation?

What types of cheese does the filling consist of?
10% cheese, will certainly be a cheap no-name cheese, especially as it is an M-Budget product.

Didn't tortellini used to come in a ricotta and spinach version? We thought it was super tasty. They are available as tortelloni but there is far too much dough for our taste compared to the filling.
