The M-Budget Tofu is currently not available in any store in Zurich. Will it be back? Is there a supply bottleneck? Or is the recipe being revised?

Would it be possible by any chance to determine the calcium content in this tofu ?

Hello, why this huge price increase from CHF 1.20 to 1.55, a whopping 30%? Reason, margin? After all, this is an MBudget product, and the goal should not be the highest possible margin. Please be transparent!
Migros also tries to offer everything cheaply, there must be a reason why it became more expensive, certainly not because of margins.

The main reasons for this are a global shortage of certain raw materials and problems in the supply chains. Both factors are related to the effects and after-effects of the coronavirus pandemic and the war in Ukraine. As a result, we can no longer bear the costs ourselves and are passing them on to our customers in the form of a price increase.
