Hello, Could you please let me know whether alcohol or alcohol-containing substances are used in the production process? I am also interested in whether the product contains E numbers.
Furthermore, I would like to know whether the product contains animal ingredients or whether it comes into contact with animal substances during the manufacturing process. If animal ingredients are used, which animals do they come from?
Hello elmalibey, thank you for your question. The light toast is vegan and, as can be seen in the list of ingredients, contains a very small amount of ethanol. Emulsifiers and acidifiers are included as additives. The mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids are vegetable emulsifiers. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

We are happy to explain why: for toast there have repeatedly been discrepancies. Despite various measures we took, we could not find a solution. Therefore, we decided to change suppliers.
