Is the oil refined? (And therefore suitable for deep-frying, or is deep-frying with the oil harmful to health?)
Hello HappyMike, thank you for your inquiry. We are happy to confirm that M-Budget sunflower oil is refined and therefore suitable for deep-frying. To avoid the formation of harmful substances, we recommend a maximum frying temperature of 170 °C.
Good to know: Conventional sunflower oil (such as M-Budget sunflower oil) contains plenty of linoleic acid, which is sensitive to heat at very high temperatures. Special varieties of sunflower, so-called "high-oleic sunflower oil" or "HO sunflower oil", on the other hand, contain a high proportion of oleic acid. HOLL rapeseed oil also contains a high level of oleic acid and a low level of linolenic acid. This fatty acid composition ensures very high heat resistance, which is why these varieties are particularly recommended for deep-frying. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is the product not available in small Migros stores?

Space constraints mean that we have to make a certain selection of which products we have where on the shelves. Absolutely incomprehensible! Especially in this day and age, MBudget products should be available in all stores. Doesn't anyone on the top floor actually understand that? But of course, you want to generate more sales with the expensive branded stuff. It backfires, but no matter 🤷🏼♀️😂
I don't understand it either... I know a few places here where the nearest 2MM Migros is 20-30 minutes away... people can't drive there quickly... but then there are selection articles that nobody needs...
I'll also take a picture tomorrow... 10 rows of the same product but then have no space...
The selection items are the products that should be available in a 3M store, certainly not in small stores.

What kind of answer is that? Completely missing the question and the point. So again, why do you need 10 (!!) rows of the same oil?
Due to demand... well, the product was never listed in small stores, how else can people get to know the product? Not everyone can quickly go to a 2MM store?!?!? The price difference is extremely 4.30 to 5.40... :( I buy it for my parents, I hardly use any oil, so I will continue to get it in DE, because they prefer to sell the more expensive one here...
