Hi Marielee, yes, M-Budget Pork Roast Sausage can be frozen without any problem. The shelf life in the freezer is approximately 2 to 3 months. It is important that the best-before date is not exceeded at the time of freezing. We recommend that you allow the pork sausage to thaw in the refrigerator before use (e.g. overnight). Once defrosted, products should be eaten quickly (within the day).
