The first time I bought this mbudget salami (quite some time ago), I was thrilled: nice and hearty, relatively little rind or fat.
Now, in February 2026 (I don't buy salami very often), I'm really disappointed: it's more like a greasy mush (difficult to remove the casing because the high fat content makes it tear very easily). What's more, the pork doesn't taste very fresh.
Conclusion: back then it was a solid 5 stars, now it's a maximum of two (I ended up throwing away a third of it).
