I was told in the store today that the M-Budget Ruchbrot / Halbweiss 1kg has been removed from the range by the head office. Unfortunately, I can't explain this - the bread and the size are/were great, especially for larger families. What is the reason(s) for this?

From 1.90 to now 2.40 How can this still be a budget?

Anyone who buys on a budget already has enough reason to watch their money/spending. A price increase of 26% (well above inflation!) is out of place here.
