Ruchbrot 250g is a good size, e.g. when we are short of bread, as a "supplement". Unfortunately, I have hardly found it in the last few weeks (Migros Gäuggeli) or not at all (Migros Masans). What is the reason? Will it disappear from the range? That would be a great pity!

We have gladly forwarded your request internally to the relevant department and clarified it for you. As part of a product range revision, M-Budget Ruchbrot 250g is now only available in medium-sized and large branches. This national revision was about clarity (adapting the range to the available space), eliminating duplication and creating space for new types of bread. Adjusting the product range is always a balancing act for us. We assure you that we will examine such a decision carefully. After consultation with our specialist department, we can inform you that nothing has been changed in the recipe for Ruch bread. The
current Ruchbrot is currently baked in a different oven (oven type), which does not have the same baking curve. Depending on the oven temperature,
there may be differences in color.
