Hello sily57, thank you for your message. Raw ham is generally not characterized by its slice thickness. The thickness of this product is defined as 0.6 to 0.7 mm. Depending on the nature and temperature of the product, we have to readjust the thickness after a short test run. It is possible that not all of the product was removed from the test run or that the slicing system did not fix the raw ham sufficiently and you therefore found pieces that were too thick in your pack.
