Our nutritional labeling is essentially limited to the information required by law: energy value (in kJ and kcal), protein, carbohydrates, sugar, fat, saturated fatty acids, fiber, and salt. The vitamin and mineral content is voluntary and is usually only analyzed and stated if specifically indicated on the label (e.g., contains vitamin C, rich in vitamin C). If not, does Migros sell a rapeseed oil in which hexane is used in the production process?
