Why are the M Budget lettuce cubes no longer cooked? Perhaps for reasons of economy?
Hello Hamol, thank you for your inquiry. We have tasted the retained samples from the last 8 batches. The consistency of the newer batches, some of which have not yet been delivered, is good (= sufficiently soft-boiled). The texture of some older batches, which have been delivered recently and for some time, is somewhat firmer. In our daily tasting reports, these were released with the comment "slightly crunchy".
The cause: A few weeks ago, minor problems arose with the programming of the stove in the new cooking system, resulting in temporary slight fluctuations in cooking times. This resulted in some irregular cooking levels. The problems have been solved in the meantime. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Does it say anywhere on the packaging where the beetroot comes from, i.e. from which country?
Hello Luceononuro, thank you very much for your input. The beetroot is all from Switzerland and is processed here. We will add this to the next packaging relaunch. Many thanks for the tip. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
