Why do you only get the small Mbudget drink for 1.50 in 3mmm and not in the small branches... ?
Hello Dragonball, thank you for your question. We offer the small M-Budget orange juice in selected stores. For space reasons, we have to make a certain selection and therefore do not sell all items in all stores. We have taken on board your wish to have the small orange juice in more stores. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is it no longer direct juice? Before the change to the new label design, it still said: 100% direct juice. Today it is made from concentrate (or a mixture), and unfortunately you can clearly taste that. Has Migros made a profit at the expense of the buyer and deliberately made the product worse? The price has remained the same!!!
Here is proof that it was a direct juice: https://www.beobachter.ch/konsum/fur-dumm-verkauft/orangensaft-von-migros-unterschiedliche-preise-sorgen-fur-verwirrung-578272 , now Migros has secretly changed this, thinking that customers won't notice.
And here's proof 2: the old product is even still officially stored at Migros: Ingredients = directly squeezed orange juice! I would like to have exactly this product back! https://www.migros.ch/de/product/mo/227237
Hello kurthasler55, thank you for your message. There are two M-Budget orange juices in our range that look confusingly similar. One is the 1.5 l orange juice for CHF 1.70 with a green cap and the other is the 1 l orange juice for CHF 2.60 with a white cap. These are different products. The M-Budget orange juice (article number 1220.881) was previously available in tetra packs. We now offer it in the bottle with the green lid. The juice has a longer shelf life and contains concentrate. The M-Budget orange juice (article number 1307.575) with a white lid is a fresh mixed juice - without the addition of concentrates. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you dear Migros. I know that what you write is true. But what you constantly fail to mention is that the M-Budget orange juice with article number 1307.575 was a 100% direct juice BEFORE the redesign of the label. Too bad it no longer exists: https://www.migros.ch/de/product/mo/227237 , that was item number 227237. It has simply been completely replaced with a mixed juice. But I want the direct juice back, please!!!
It is still a direct juice... mixed juice from different types of oranges
Hello kurthasler55, thank you for your feedback. It is indeed the case that we no longer state on the bottle that this is 100% direct juice. However, we can assure you that the content is exactly the same as before the label was changed. The juice we use is still 100% direct juice, just like the old product. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Two pieces are stuck to the new cover and prick my fingers. How was the lid replaced?
Hello redhösi, from 2024, a tight-fitting lid will be mandatory on PET bottles in the EU in order to protect the environment. Some beverage manufacturers have already introduced this cap in Germany in late summer 2022. It is not mandatory in Switzerland. But it is very difficult to buy other lids and the domestic industry also supplies the EU. From a volume bundling perspective, it makes sense that we have also switched to the EU lid. We will be happy to take your feedback on board. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hoi redhösi, I noticed that too, but the point is that you no longer tear the lid off completely! Simply twist it on and tilt it 180 degrees, the lid stays on the bottle while you pour. If it never falls off, there will be less plastic waste in our environment!
That's all well and good. But at home I still want to take the lid off completely and not get my hands and fingers caught in the process. For example, on Sunday mornings when the bottle is on the table.

Could it be that since the "new design" it also contains less, if any, pulp? I think that's a shame, I particularly liked the previously high pulp content
No, it's the same product... Since orange juice is a natural product, every batch can be different...
Hello taemiii, thank you for your inquiry. M-Budget juice is a mixed juice. This means that different types of oranges can be used for this juice. Depending on the harvest, the juice may differ slightly in color, pulp content and sweetness. Our in-house industry checks that all defined parameters are within the specified range when the goods are received. We can assure you that M-Budget juice is still fresh juice. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Migros is simply consistently avoiding the issue. The correct answer to your question would have been: Since the "new design", it has been a mixed juice, with a concentrate content. Before, it was 100% direct juice (as it said on the label!!!!). Now Migros simply claims that it is still exactly the same, which is simply not true. It tastes much less good and still costs the same. I don't think that's OK, Migros
Hello kurthasler55, thank you for your contribution. We are happy to confirm that the product is still a fresh juice without concentrate. However, please note that this M-Budget orange juice with a green cap for CHF 1.70 contains concentrate. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros, until recently this M-Budget orange juice was still a DIRECT juice. Now it has a new design, but the juice is no longer "Direkt", and unfortunately you can really taste it. It's a shame that you're removing good products from the budget line and replacing them, but keeping the price the same - that doesn't feel good. Why did you make this change?
Hello kurthasler55, thank you very much for your contribution. As you have correctly recognized, this orange juice has been given a new design. However, there have been no changes to the recipe itself. It is still a fresh mixed juice - without the addition of concentrates - made from different types of orange. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much, unfortunately I no longer have an old PET bottle of this juice, but the label on the back clearly said: Direktsaft... that's no longer there. Why is that? Direct juice (also known as mother juice) is a type of fruit juice that is filtered after pressing and squeezing and ideally bottled immediately. Has anything changed now? I only drink direct juices because they simply taste fresher.

Why the price increase?
Coop has had the price at 2.60 for some time now, lidl also at 2.60, aldi "still" at 1.95, soon certainly also at 2.60
Hello Shana2024, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, for the past few months, oranges in the main production regions have been affected by a disease known as "citrus greening". The result is a poor harvest worldwide. As a result, the price of fruit has risen considerably. Up to now, this increase has not been reflected in the price of our juices, as we were still benefiting from old contracts and therefore better purchasing conditions. Unfortunately, these have now come to an end. As a result of the renegotiations, costs have risen sharply, which explains the price increase. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The packaging has changed, but it seems to me that the composition has too: finer, less abundant pulp. In addition, the indication "not prepared from concentrate" has disappeared. Does this mean it's now "from concentrate"?
Hello Daboum and thank you for your feedback. M-Budget juice is a blended juice. This means that different varieties of oranges can be used for this juice. Depending on the harvest, the juice may differ slightly in color, pulp content and sweetness. On receipt of the goods, our own industry checks that all the defined parameters fall within the given range. We can assure you that M-Budget juice remains fresh. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team
Before the redesign, the packaging clearly stated: direct juice. This term has disappeared, so we customers must now assume that the juice is of poorer quality than before, while the price remains the same.
Hello kurthasler55, thank you for your question. As already mentioned, the recipe has not changed. The product is still a fresh mixed juice that is pasteurized. When adapting the design, we decided to omit the term. There is no particular reason for this. We will also no longer use the term afterwards. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Before the redesign, the packaging said "100% direct juice". Now it is a mixture and is less valuable. It also tastes much worse.
