Dear Migros, I have noticed that they produce the much more expensive competitor original brand product ORANGINA (Zero) under license from Schwepps international at Aproz (a Migros company). Is that why they have developed the taste of MBudget Orange away from the original ORANGINA? As compensation, so to speak, for being allowed to produce the original (they earn money from it)?
Also that their Migros brand does not co-curate the original? For customers, this means that if we want the former taste, we have to buy the more expensive branded product. Correct? Is this in the spirit of Gottlieb Duttweiler, I ask as a member of the cooperative? Can you provide competent information on this? Perhaps you should also ask the management about this. Thank you very much in advance for your clarifications.

Hello DawoIsstundtrinkt, thank you for your message. We have clarified your request with the relevant department. We assure you that we take customer complaints very seriously. We decided to adjust the recipe for M-Budget Orange Zero because its taste performed worse than comparable products in consumer tests. However, as we received many customer complaints after the changeover, we are scrutinizing the recipe again and carrying out another consumer test. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

You write that many of your customers requested a recipe adjustment. But the reviews of the old product on Migipedia were not bad. So I don't understand your argument. Do our reactions here count for nothing?

Hello DawoIsstundtrinkt, the responsible specialist department is of course taking all your feedback on board and is currently monitoring the reactions. If there are many negative reactions, there is a possibility that a further recipe adjustment will be made. However, the reactions must first be thoroughly analyzed. A recipe adjustment would also take some time. We therefore cannot promise you whether and when an adjustment will follow. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

New recipe! Disaster! much much worse than before. Can I still buy a pallet of the old better version? The new recipe is inedible for my taste. Can we get our product back?

Hello Kaspar8005, thank you very much for your feedback. We are happy to take this on board and have informed the relevant specialist department. We adjusted the recipe because many of our customers had negative comments about the previous taste. We no longer have any remaining stocks of the old recipe. We are now monitoring the reactions and will make adjustments again if necessary. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

How are things looking at Migros? Will we get the old Orange Zero back or do we really have to accept the current situation?

Hello tralorix, we are sorry that you no longer like the new recipe. There are currently no plans to switch to the old recipe. However, we are actively monitoring the issue and will consider measures if necessary. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
