I think the mozzarella is great. As I live alone, I don't eat it all in one go. What is the best way to store the mozzarella once it has been cut?

Hello Isa_BE, we're pleased that you like the M-Budget mozzarella. Mozzarella pieces are best kept wrapped in foil in the fridge and eaten within two days. If there is enough liquid in the bag, the mozzarella can also be stored in it. For example, fill a screw-top jar with the liquid from the mozzarella and store the rest of the cheese in it. Hello. It says "swissness". Does this mean that the mozzarella was produced here or that it is made from Swiss milk?

Hello cjudi88, our M-Budget Mozzarella is made in Switzerland from Swiss milk. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Sir or Madam, is this mozzarella without animal ingredients? Milk is okay, but I mean e.g. animal LAB or similar? Thank you very much. Kind regards Flurin Heller

Question: is this mozzarella made from raw milk and therefore not suitable for pregnant women to eat uncooked/unbaked?

M-Budget mozzarella is made from pasteurized milk. Nevertheless, it is not suitable for pregnant women in unheated form. Extra hard and hard cheeses made from raw and pasteurized milk (e.g. Emmentaler, Sbrinz, Parmesan, Grana Padano, Gruyere) are safe to eat, but the rind must be removed before consumption. Also suitable is cream cheese made from pasteurized milk and packaged as quark, cottage cheese or cream cheese spread) as well as Ziger, processed cheese, fondue and other melted or heated cheeses (raclette, cheese used for gratinating, grilled cheese). Soft and semi-hard cheeses made from raw and pasteurized milk should be avoided.
