why does it say vegan when it may contain traces of milk, eggs, ectera????
The manufacturer of this product also produces products containing milk, eggs, etc. in his factory. Despite compliance with all hygiene and cleanliness regulations, a minimal carry-over in the factory can never be completely ruled out.
Hello Chugublitz, thank you for your question and your patience so far. We are still in the process of clarifying the matter with our supplier. We will get back to you as soon as we have more information. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello Chugublitz, thank you very much for your patience. The information on the packaging "may contain traces of ... " are based on a risk analysis of our production. This analysis includes both individual cross-contamination of the raw materials we purchase and possible cross-contamination during production. Of course, we try to eliminate all allergens, including animal allergens. However, this is not possible due to the technology and we therefore minimize the risk of allergens. To put it more precisely: The transfer of an allergen happens, for example, when the product is packaged. Laboratory determination methods are very accurate nowadays. For example, they detect values from 1 mg of allergen per 1 kg of dried product, which is why we also indicate these traces on the packaging. This is to avoid misleading and damaging the health of the end consumer. Products labeled as vegan do not contain any other ingredients of animal origin in the recipe. your M-Infoline Team
