Do you think that transporting wet (cooked) rice 3 times heavier than dry rice from outside Switzerland (from France), not to mention the extra energy needed to heat it up, is a sign of ecological concern? Why not explain to those who don't yet know how to prepare cooked rice without wasting more time than with the rice sold here (because cooking time is still free time to do other things)? In a nutshell, rice is cooked in boiling salted water, exactly like pasta, for 20 minutes (or 12 for Basmati), then removed from the pan using a large colander. No need to reheat it for immediate consumption. And if kept hot, it remains sterile (principally from pasteurization and canning).

We found no signs of abnormalities either in the samples from the same production series or in the associated production documents. In view of these results, we cannot explain the cause of the grey color. Of course, we are continuing to follow the issue closely.
