Hello Migros Team Is this product carbonated (like Elmer) or is it still water with lemon flavoring?
Hello blacklion, thank you for your interest in our "M-Budget Citron". Yes, the product contains carbon dioxide, just like the "Elmer" drink. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros
At the beginning of this year (or last) you changed the PET packaging of M-Budget drinks.
I find the new bottle quite impractical, when you hold it in your hand it doesn't hold up enough and you squeeze out all the contents. Opening it is also a tricky business, as everything usually splashes around your ears.
I assume they opted for the cheaper version of the packaging.
The old bottles suited me better.
Greetings
Hello Karolle
Thank you for your comment.
An important part of our ecological commitment is the ongoing reduction of packaging material - including PET bottles. CO2 emissions can be reduced in this way.
Before switching to the new bottle, we tested and evaluated it in terms of handling (stability, how well it can be poured). We then weighed up the result against the sustainability criteria (reduction in PET mass per bottle). In the end, we decided on the current shape.
Of course, we are aware that a reduction in PET per bottle often means a compromise in terms of bottle strength. However, both customer satisfaction and sustainability are important to us.
We will pass on your feedback to the relevant specialist department. If we receive more similar reports, we will check whether and how we can make the bottles firmer again.
Kind regards from the M-Infoline team
