Hello everyone, what are the dimensions (length x width) of a "dough sheet"? Can anyone tell me quickly? That would be great, I don't have any dough in the house right now where I could look it up. But I finally have to buy a tray that fits the particular dimensions of the dough. What tray dimensions do you recommend? Thanks for the info. eb

Enclosed we have put together some common dimensions for you: - M-Budget rolled-out cake dough: 42x26 cm - M-Budget rolled-out puff pastry: 42x26 cm - M-Budget pizza dough: 42x36 cm - XL cake dough: 44x36 cm The ovens and therefore also the baking trays may have different dimensions depending on the manufacturer. Today I made another delicious apple pie with a budget dough.
I was wondering why there is no larger dough that fills a square baking tray in one piece. So I always have to make the two pieces in one tray together.

You can also roll out the cake batter a little so that it fits on your baking tray. If the batter is too thin, we can recommend the M-Classic cake batter as an alternative.

Normally Migro products are always well thought out and good. But with this dough, I get annoyed every time! It's brittle, tears when you roll it out and when it's in the oven, the edges buckle. And to top it all off, in our little Migros store I can't even choose whether I want the conventional cake batter or the budget one, because they only have the budget one left! So I'd have to go to a bigger Migros branch just for the dough... (Pirouette)
