As a result, the protective atmosphere is no longer guaranteed and oxygen and moisture can get into the packaging. All it takes for oxygen to enter is a small hole or a leak that is barely visible to the eye. However, it can of course also be a deviation in the cooling process. If the product is exposed to excessively warm temperatures, it can spoil prematurely. These deviations can occur during transportation or in the store.
