Why are the sometimes huge, sometimes broken M-Budget carrots the same price as the normal ones? What should be my incentive to buy them?
Hello Raspberry Syrup007, thank you for your inquiry. Can you please specify which carrots are being compared here? Please state the article number. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
274502602200 and 274502502400
Hello Himbeersirup007, thank you for your feedback. Our aim is to offer our customers a diverse range of products that takes into account both different preferences and budgets. We offer M-Budget carrots as a low-cost alternative and focus on sustainability and avoiding food waste - which is why the size and shape of the products can vary. At the same time, we have another attractively priced item in our range in the form of Fresca carrots. In this way, our customers can decide for themselves which product meets their needs. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for your reply, but I still don't understand why the price per kilo for the lower quality M-Budget carrots is the same as for the normal Fresca carrots.
Hello raspberry syrup007, M-Budget has always stood for a clear promise to offer the cheapest alternative for our customers. Since last fall, we have also been implementing a new low-price strategy. Our aim is to create a product range that is comparable in quality and price to that offered by discounters. As part of this strategy, we are currently reviewing the prices of over 1000 products and adjusting them where necessary. This may result in changes to the range and price structure. One example of this is that the standard 1 kg carrots are currently offered at the same price as the M-Budget 2 kg carrots. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

how is the freshness of the carrots checked internally before they are put into the sales pack? do you think buying is "unfortunately" linked to good luck?
Hello Stefan7, thank you very much for your message and the photo. Oh dear, the picture really speaks for itself! We apologize for the inconvenience. We try to guarantee quality by imposing clear requirements on our suppliers and by carrying out strict checks on incoming goods. Certain deviations sometimes only become apparent after some time and are not always immediately visible. Our aim is to prevent this, which is why we are constantly working on this and removing the affected items from the shelves. We are sorry that we were unable to do this with the pack you purchased. We are taking your experience as an opportunity to tighten up the checks. Of course, you have the option of returning goods of unsatisfactory quality to the place of purchase. You will receive a replacement or a refund at the store. We hope your experience with us will be positive again in the future. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
