If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared in the list of ingredients, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats, etc.). In addition, gluten-containing ingredients must be specially highlighted in the list of ingredients, for example in bold print or with capital letters (examples: wheat starch, WHEAT flour). Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" note ("may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten"). Hello, have you recently changed the recipe for this powder? I always buy it because it dilutes easily and without lumps in cold milk, but the last packet I opened dilutes badly and leaves lots of lumps. Thank you in advance for your reply. Best regards

Our supplier has investigated the situation by checking its remaining stocks, but these have not revealed any quality discrepancies. Traces due to a possible transfer in the production process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with an optional mention ("May contain gluten" or "May contain traces of gluten").
