I have just had to dispose of the second pack a few days after opening because it has become thick or sour/bitter. Never really happened before. Is there something wrong again? MHD 24.12.22 R211 A 07:24 L001588
Hello cobu72, thank you for the message. We are sorry that two packs of cream have spoiled prematurely! We assume that the packs had microscopic cracks. These injuries are usually barely visible to the naked eye, but allow air to penetrate the product, causing it to spoil prematurely. We have informed all parties involved accordingly. A 1-liter version would be welcome.
