Why cream in skimmed yogurt? Please remove, out of place. It doesn't need it! Formerly 41 cal and secretly increased to 43.
What kind of yogurt cultures do you use?
Hello lenni1986, the classic yoghurt bacteria Streptococcus Termophilus and Lactobacillus delbrückii subsp. Bulgaricus are used in M-Budget yoghurt. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why doesn't the product name indicate that it's a low-fat/skim yogurt (1% fat, as opposed to 3.5% in a normal yogurt like M-Classic)? I think this is deceptive for the consumer. Coop, for example, mentions both "partially skimmed" and "1.5%%" on its Price Guarantee!
Hello AlizeeMonthey, the concrete name (semi-skimmed yogurt, 1% fat) and the product declaration are correct. On our M-Budget 2l cartons, the different fat contents are indicated on the front of the pack by a color code (3.5% -> red stripe, 1.5% -> blue stripe). The new M-Budget plain yogurt packaging will follow this rule. A blue stripe on the front of the pack will indicate that it is a semi-skimmed product. This change will take place in the coming weeks. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello, thank you for your reply. The new packaging is good news, but I don't understand your statement that "the concrete name is correct". The name that currently appears on the packaging is "NATURE Joghurt 500g", so there's no mention of the low-fat nature of the product. You have to go to the list of ingredients to find out, which is written very small.
Hello AlizeeMonthey, thank you for your new message. We will check a revision of the packaging with the manufacturer. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The aluminum lids haven't come off nicely for months, and since there are no plastic lids, you can no longer store used cups! It would be a shame if we had to go to the competition for yogurt.
Hello tinoch, we are sorry that you have not been satisfied with the lid for a few months now. The aluminum lid has not been changed since the product was introduced. Sealing the lids is an important and complex phase in the filling process. This is checked by our machine operators and, if necessary, the sealing temperature/pressure is corrected. These parameters have an influence on the sealing. If they are too high, this can lead to the lid tearing. If it is too low, the quality of the product may be impaired during its shelf life. We will arrange an inspection based on your feedback. To store the opened yogurts, we have recently started offering value-added lids. These might be something for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The aluminum cover has become even thinner and can no longer be easily removed from the seal. Could this be corrected again, please?
Hello andygirl, thank you for your message. We are sorry that the lids have already given you cause for complaint several times. We have not made any adjustments to the material. However, the sealing process sometimes presents us with a challenge. If the temperature is set too high during this process, the films melt and tear more quickly as a result. If it is too low, this can affect the quality of the product and promote mold growth. We have informed all the departments involved about your tip and asked them to process it properly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We hope you will give our yogurts another chance. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I would like more information about the compatibility of your Migros Budget yogurts for people with zoeliac disease. Are these yogurts made together with products that contain gluten and could there therefore be carry-over? Or is cross-contamination ruled out?
Hello PatrickHA, M-Budget Nature yoghurt does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, nor should any carry-over be expected. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). In addition, gluten-containing ingredients must be highlighted in the list of ingredients, for example in bold print or with capital letters (examples: wheat starch, WHEAT flour). Therefore: Pay attention to the list of ingredients! Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" note ("may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten"). Why is there no "animal welfare" scale on this product like on many other products?
Hello Losilatti, thank you for your inquiry about M-Budget Yoghurt Nature - we are very pleased about your interest! In the M-Check project, the consumer milk products will be converted first. We then continuously expand the remaining dairy products. In most cases, this adjustment is made during packaging printing or a relaunch. The aim is to have completed all conversions by the end of 2022. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much for the information! Can you give us information about how the dairy cows are kept, is it purely indoors or do the cows have access to the outdoors? Thank you very much!
Hello Losilatti, thank you for your feedback. The yoghurts from our own industry (ELSA), including the M-Budget yoghurt, are produced exclusively with milk in accordance with the "Swiss Milk Green" industry standard. This requires that the animals either have regular access to the outdoors (RAUS program) or are kept in particularly animal-friendly housing systems (BTS program) where they can move freely. 98 % of our milk suppliers comply with the RAUS program, of which a good half even comply with both the BTS and RAUS programs. 2 % only comply with the BTS program. This means that not 100% of dairy cows have regular access to the outdoors. But Migros is keeping at it. For example, with the conversion of all drinking milk to IP-SUISSE meadow milk, where rearing in accordance with RAUS is mandatory. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Plastic lids are no longer available. Are multiple lids available for closing yogurt cups?
Hello Irene_52, thank you for your question. There are currently no such lids, but we are planning to offer them from September. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, Given that the jar is difficult to reseal, how many days can I keep it open in the fridge and how (another container, cling film, etc.)? Thank you in advance for your answer!
Hello Nora5220, it's difficult to say how long an opened package (tube, tin, bottle, etc.) will last. Shelf life depends not only on the product, but also on the way it is stored and especially handled after opening. For example, if someone eats directly from the yoghurt cup, or grabs the pickles from the jar with his or her fingers, the contents will spoil more quickly than if hygiene measures are followed. Storage in a properly regulated refrigerator is also crucial. In view of these many influencing factors, it is not possible to set shelf life times for goods that have already been opened. You have to rely on your senses and experience. The majority of spoilage reactions are visible (e.g. presence of mould) or perceptible to the taste (musty smell, acidity, rancid taste, etc.) An opened yoghurt (closed with freshness film or a lid) can be kept in the refrigerator for around two to three days. If in doubt, throw it out! your M-Infoline team

Hello, I think the yogurt is great. More environmentally friendly packaging would be desirable, as with organic yogurt in this size.
Hello Lajolie, thank you for your post. We have taken your request on board and will discuss it with our supplier. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
