Hello Tati99, thank you for the photo. There has been no change to the recipe for this product, but as coffee is a natural product, there may be natural variations. In addition, external influences such as light, heat or oxygen can affect the smell of the coffee beans.
We tested our retained sample of the batch in question. The aroma profile corresponded to our usual standard in terms of smell, taste and appearance.
Unfortunately, we cannot fully understand how the deviation you described came about. As we have not yet received any further complaints about this batch, we assume that this is an unfortunate isolated case. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
