Buying these raspberries is like "Russian roulette" as the contents are not visible. But I know WHERE they come from as soon as I open them. If there are a lot of pieces inside, the origin is usually SERBIA. Unfortunately, I didn't have my glasses with me in the store and didn't see the small print. Now I have - to my regret - 3 bags with MINOR contents. But there are also M-Budget raspberries of other provenance, which are FIRST-CLASS and, as a bonus, even smell nice after defrosting. I also have a recent photo, but I can't upload it here. Too bad !!! Please pass on this entry, as the buyers naturally don't know what comes from where and what is inside in detail. But I, as a regular buyer, do, so my wish would be: NO more Serbia berries, please.......

I often buy these raspberries from Serbia and they are always good quality. I think you have more of a problem because they come from Serbia

Hello Martin52, thank you very much for your message. Could you get in touch via the contact form with the photos, the LOT number and the best-before date? We would like to investigate this further. It could also be a case of transport damage. Thank you very much for your help. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why do these raspberries have so many calories? Raspberries normally have 34 cal.

Hello indios, the nutritional values of fruits and berries vary depending on the variety and degree of ripeness. You can expect fluctuations between 45 and 54 kcal per 100g. 34 kcal/100g is rather low and indicates a low-sugar variety or an early harvest. Either way, raspberries are not calorie bombs! What are the standards regarding the sprays/pesticides used for this product? Just wondering if I can eat this product with a clear conscience, or am I putting more chemicals into it than other healthy substances? Or in other words, the difference in the number of sprays (and which ones) between organic raspberries and M-Budget. Thank you very much :)

Hello M-Infoline,
where do these raspberries come from?

Oh....
Thank you very much, I didn't know that. (How did you know that?)
Was thinking about buying them. Now I'm not going to.

Now I have just found an answer myself at www.leshop.ch:
Provenance: Hongrie, Serbie, Pologne.

Yes, I think so too. I was expecting Germany/Austria or something like that...
But I'm glad that they "only" come from European countries and not from Chile.
Still, I'd rather wait a while longer until I only have to walk through the garden and reach out my hand for fresh raspberries... ;) happy

That was from me, of course :)

Hello Corini
The origin of the raspberries is printed on the back of the packaging.
The M-Budget raspberries come from Hungary, Serbia or Poland.
We hope this helps you and wish you a nice day. Your M-Infoline Team

I add these raspberries to my morning muesli every day :)
There's just one thing I'd like to know:

Are the raspberries additionally sweetened? It doesn't say "unsweetened" or "sweetened with fructose" like the other two packs that are available...

Hello Cochise
We are delighted that you like the M-Budget raspberries so much.
These raspberries are not sweetened.
If we add sugar to a product, we declare this on the packaging, so you would recognize the sugar in the list of ingredients.
We hope this has been helpful and wish you a good day. Your M-Infoline Team

No question, the raspberries taste good! But the proportion of crushed berries is quite high. If you purée them, make a cream or a tiramisu with them, it doesn't really matter. However, if you want the raspberries to look nice, as a decoration on a fruit tart or something, you have to sort them out quite a bit. In this case, it is better to use berries from a sturdy cardboard pack.

Dear Ragusa
Thank you very much for your valuable feedback.
It is indeed the case that the number of pieces in M-Budget raspberries can be larger than in other raspberry products. This also differentiates them from our M-Classic raspberries.
We hope that you continue to enjoy our M-Budget raspberries for your desserts and wish you a good day. Your M-Infoline Team

Mmmh, the raspberries are delicious! But I'm not happy with the packaging. Last time the raspberries leaked in the fridge, this time they were already in the shopping bag on the way home... ;-(

I transport the pack from the refrigerated counter to the checkout and then immediately put it back in an insulated cool bag so that the cold chain is not interrupted for too long. Apart from a mixed salad that bombed, I've never had any problems with chilled goods. Tighter packaging increases the price, which would not be "M-Budget-Like"!

Hello mohesa

Thank you for your comment about the packaging. We are of course delighted that you like the raspberries so much.

When defrosting, we always recommend placing a plate underneath so that the liquid is trapped and can drip off cleanly. A cool bag is recommended for transportation home to prevent premature defrosting.

The specialist department will examine improvement measures for the next packaging production in order to remedy this situation in the best possible way.

Best regards from the M-Infoline team
