I think it's a real shame that the green beans have recently been cut. You can't serve them to guests like that any more. And what has been changed in the recipe so that they suddenly have higher energy values? I don't notice any difference in taste...
I usually like to eat these beans very often.

I also find it strange that the nutritional values are so variable. Some canned beans have 22kcal/100g and others like this one have 30kcal/100g. Well, I don't think you can say exactly how much it is. I always calculate with 24kcal/100g.
There is also the PRiX guarantee... the beans cost the same there, are not cut and have 22kcal/100g :-P

The new Migros bean labels all have an energy value of 30 kcal/100g. This value refers to the drained weight. In the past, the energy value was indicated on the net weight, which is why this value was lower, as the infusion, which does not contain any energy, was also included in the calculation.
However, there are probably still cans of beans with the old labels on the shelves, where the energy value is still given in relation to the net weight. There may also be differences in the way other food retailers state the energy value (either in relation to the drained weight or the net weight).
